is a small woman-owner business in beautiful Loudoun County Virginia. Our
trainers have been in the business world in small and large private
organizations and government agencies. We provide a full range of Human Resource
initiatives including Outplacement Services, Training, Employee Development,
Career Development, and Business Writing.

Outplacement Services:
Whether you need to right size, downsize or lay-off; we can help. Our
services include one-on-one and group résumé writing services, interview
skills coaching, assessments, and job search strategies for displaced
workers.

Training:
Using adult learning principles, our training sessions are interactive,
allow for skills practice, and ensure maximum retention for workplace
changes. In addition to providing a full range of critical skills
training initiatives, we also provide training management services, such
as, event and meeting planning and management, training design,
curriculum repair, training department management, and train-the-trainer
sessions.

Employee Development: Helping employees determine their strengths and areas for
improvements, then identifying on- and off-the-job activities and
learning events to improve performance and ensure on-going learning and
